（中央社台北25日電）南韓聯合新聞通訊社今天凌晨報導，青瓦台國家安保室室長（部長級）金寬鎮25日凌晨2時（台北時間1時）在青瓦台召開記者會，發表南北韓高級別對話聯合新聞稿。以下為新聞稿全文：
2015年8月22日至24日，南北韓高級別對話在板門店進行。南韓青瓦台國家安保室室長金寬鎮和統一部長官洪容杓，北韓人民軍總政治局局長黃炳誓和勞動黨中央委員會書記金養建出席會議。
雙方為緩解最近急劇升溫的兩韓軍事緊張局勢、推動兩韓關係向前發展，進行磋商並達成如下協定。
一、為改善雙邊關係，南韓和北韓將盡早在首爾或平壤舉行政府間務實會談，今後在多領域開展對話與磋商。
二、北韓方面對最近在軍事分界線非軍事區發生的地雷爆炸導致南韓官兵受傷表示遺憾。
三、若不發生非正常事件，南韓方面將從8月25日12時起，停止在軍事分界線附近實施對北韓擴音喊話。
四、北韓決定解除「準戰時狀態」。
五、兩韓商定，今年中秋節期間舉行離散家屬團聚活動，並在日後繼續舉行團聚活動。為此，雙方將於9月召開兩韓紅十字會工作會議。
六、兩韓商定在多個領域積極開展民間交流。1040825
